While tuition is provided for all students at Ecole Primaire St. Boniface in Kovie, Togo, EFFAC and school administrators have worked to identify top performing students with potential to be agents of change in their families and community.

Becoming a Sponsor can tip the scales.
By becoming a Sponsor, you directly support your student beyond tuition. Your student receives books, supplies, uniform with shoes and a small family stipend. This stipend is critical for family support as schooling removes the child from help with family farming. Girls in particular are under pressure to stay home. Our Sponsors help alleviate the family burden so children can stay in school.

In Togo, 39% of girls and 15% of boys are not getting an education. School Supporting top performing students offers them the opportunity to pursue higher education and opportunities beyond the confines of Kovie. Many top performers want to become teachers, doctors, and become involved in the politics of their community.
